Child Labour, the global phenomenon is still existing in India due to lack of proper execution programme and policies. Poverty, parental guidance, awareness about programs influence peer groups were key countless reasons, which create a barrier an individual as well societal development. Global information shows that boys more indulged labour market, however, trends have been changed now compared earlier decades. Hence, paper tried comprehend issue child labour, its causes, reasons drop out school, effect parents working status familys condition on labour. Primary cross-sectional research was conducted with explorative design, sought from 300 samples randomly, across Sambalpur district. The collected through pre-tested semi-structured questionnaire year 2019-20. Bivariate analysis SPSS understand cause different parameters depict economic their do not much decision whether goes market or not. Besides, large family size type, majority incurred income alcohol consumption maintenance family, restrict them think children education. study recommends understanding local need downtrodden before executing policy self-interest become has identified prime reason study.
